Shipping Policy
Free UK shipping:
All orders over £30 are eligible for FREE SHIPPING via Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery service. (UK Mainland only, excluding Scottish Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 & DPD Next Day Delivery:
We charge a standard shipping fee of £3.00 up to £7.95, depending on the size and weight of your order, for orders to the UK mainland. This is calculated at checkout. We subsidise all shipping costs to keep the price as low as possible.
Estimated arrival times:
- Tracked 24 usually arrives within 1-2 days from dispatch.
- Tracked 4* usually arrives within 2-3 days from dispatch.
- DPD Next Day Delivery (orders over a certain weight) are delivered the day after dispatch.
When your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details so you can follow your parcel on its journey to your doorstep. Any questions regarding your delivery, please get in touch.
Shipping general:
We aim to dispatch same day on all orders placed before 11.00. There are certain instances when the order is delayed by a few days as we make our jerky fresh daily and may run out of a certain flavour and will be dispatched as soon as it is ready.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays on the next working day.
We regret that we cannot deliver beer internationally.
Bulk Jerky:
Each bulk bag of jerky is specially made to order so that it has the maximum shelf life. This means it can take up to 5 working days to be dispatched from our factory.
Pick Up:
Local customers can choose to collect from our shops - you'll find the Pick Up tab on the Delivery page in the check out. After your pick up order is placed, we will be in touch to let you know when your order is ready to collect.
Packaging
Jerky: we use recyclable bubble lined envelopes or cardboard boxes for most jerky orders (depending on how much you order) as we find it is the most effecient way to pack them for transit.
Please note:
We make every effort to supply goods as shown on our web site, however occasionally we do have to substitute products for an alternative of equal or greater value, where a valid substitute is available. In the event this needs to happen, we will always attempt to contact you first.
