We undertake to reimburse you fully should any product be delivered to you in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a damaged product, you must notify us through our designated "contact us" webpage or via email on email@example.com and provide us with the order number and photos of the damaged goods.
On the rare occasion you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us within 14 days of your order for a refund or exchange.
To initiate a return please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and post your return to Billy Franks, 104 Druid Street, London, SE1 2HQ. We recommend you use the original mail safe packaging to prevent breakages or damage.
Return shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is faulty and the product(s) must be returned in their original condition. Any opened bags of jerky cannot be returned.
As bulk jerky is made to order, they are not eligible for refunds.
After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
