Beer and cider have always played a big part in our jerky journey starting with our very first stockist - a bar in North London. Not only has Billy Franks called some of the UK's best craft breweries our neighbours but also our friends. Once we settled on the Bermondsey Beer Mile, we began experimenting with booze infused jerky to create the ultimate snack to pair with your favourite pint.
